About the position

The role is focused on developing and executing marketing strategies for Siemens Digital Industry Software (DISW) in collaboration with strategic partners. The individual will be responsible for creating differentiated messaging, campaign content, and marketing plans that align with the company's revenue objectives and go-to-market model. This position requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own strategic partner marketing plan to achieve reputation, demand, and sales enablement goals.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and content for the strategic partnership and integrate it into go-to-market campaigns.
  • Champion Siemens GTM model and collaborate with partners.
  • Continuously monitor results and update plans and content to meet strategic goals.
  • Ensure representation of Siemens and Strategic partners at relevant events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for joint solution definition and go-to-market process checks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing counterparts within assigned partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with and influence at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong marketing experience with engineering and/or manufacturing software solutions.
  • Excellent written skills for developing clear messaging and content.
  • Proven program management skills with strong organizational and change management abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, including timing plans, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence as part of a virtual team.
  • Flexibility and creativity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Structured thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
