About the position

The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for Siemens Digital Industry Software (DISW) in collaboration with strategic partners. The individual will be responsible for creating differentiated messaging, campaign content, and plans that align with the company's revenue objectives and go-to-market model. This position requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective marketing execution and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own strategic partner marketing plan to achieve reputation, demand, and sales enablement goals.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and content for strategic partnerships and integrate into go-to-market campaigns.
  • Champion Siemens GTM model and collaborate with partners.
  • Continuously monitor results and update plans and content to meet strategic goals.
  • Ensure representation of Siemens and partners at relevant events supporting the strategic plan.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for joint solution definition and go-to-market process checks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing counterparts within assigned partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with and influence at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong marketing experience with engineering and/or manufacturing-oriented software solutions.
  • Excellent written skills for developing clear messaging and content.
  • Proven program management skills with strong organizational and change management abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, including timing plans, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence as part of a virtual team.
  • Flexible and creative individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision as an individual contributor.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
