About the position

The Sr Manager Marketing, Strategic Programs role at Siemens involves developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with strategic partners to achieve revenue objectives. This position is integral to the Industry Go to Market (GTM) marketing organization, focusing on creating differentiated messaging and campaign content that aligns with Siemens Digital Industry Software's core strategy. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence senior management and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own strategic partner marketing plan to achieve reputation, demand, and sales enablement goals.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and content for strategic partnerships and integrate into go-to-market campaigns.
  • Champion Siemens GTM model and collaborate with partners.
  • Continuously monitor results and update plans and content to meet strategic goals.
  • Ensure representation of Siemens and partners at relevant events supporting the strategic plan.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for joint solution definition and go-to-market process checks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing counterparts within assigned partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in the industrial software industry.
  • Strong marketing experience with engineering and/or manufacturing-oriented software solutions.
  • Excellent written skills for developing clear messaging and content for marketing execution.
  • Proven program management skills with strong organizational and change management abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, including timing plans, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence as part of a virtual team and lead virtual teams.
  • Flexibility and creativity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
