About the position

The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with strategic partners to achieve revenue objectives for Siemens Digital Industry Software (DISW). The individual will be responsible for creating differentiated messaging, campaign content, and marketing plans that align with the company's go-to-market model. This position requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own strategic partner marketing plan to achieve reputation, demand, and sales enablement goals.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and content for strategic partnerships and integrate into go-to-market campaigns.
  • Champion Siemens GTM model and collaborate with partners.
  • Continuously monitor results and update plans and content to meet strategic goals.
  • Ensure representation of Siemens and partners at relevant events supporting the strategic plan.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for joint solution definition and go-to-market process checks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing counterparts within assigned partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with and influence at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong marketing experience with engineering and/or manufacturing-oriented software solutions.
  • Excellent written skills for developing clear messaging and content.
  • Proven program management skills with strong organizational and change management abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, including timing plans, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence as part of a virtual team.
  • Flexibility and creativity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
