Responsibilities

  • Lead and write marketing content and campaigns across all channels (e.g., StriveHealth.com, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
  • Conduct regular content audits on StriveHealth.com
  • Develop and execute a refreshed social media strategy
  • Plan and execute 1-2 Strive-hosted partner events per year
  • Help coordinate speaking and promotion logistics for leaders attending industry events
  • Develop webinar event capabilities
  • Own recognition content planning and execution, including the corporate swag process
  • Help maintain the MarComm content calendar to support content planning and execution efficiencies
  • Compile performance measurement reports to help measure marketing ROI
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize content, campaigns and brand reach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience as a marketing generalist

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience planning events start to finish and coordinating event logistics
  • Experience with organic and paid social media, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress and HubSpot
  • Familiarity with project management platforms, such as Asana
  • Knowledge of Associated Press style and willingness to learn in-house writing styles
