About the position

The Sr. Manager, Master Data position is a leadership role within the Pharma Services Group focused on Drug Product Development. The role involves guiding a team to achieve both personal and organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving engagement. The manager will be responsible for defining policies and standards for master data, ensuring data quality, and leading change initiatives that impact supply chain processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define policies, standards, and procedures for master data and planning systems.
  • Establish data quality metrics for master data and monitor performance to evaluate data quality and compliance.
  • Lead or participate in major change initiatives impacting Supply Chain processes and systems.
  • Coordinate a center of excellence team (SAP and system experts) who support systems and processes impacting site performance.
  • Coordinate with SAP SMEs to ensure site SAP training solution aligns with current business use.
  • Act as the point of contact to help deepen understanding of SAP functionality and its use in business processes.
  • Prepare and conduct SAP Access Audits.
  • Work in a safe and responsible manner to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace.
  • Align with all job-related safety and other training requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, operations management, or engineering is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of business experience supporting manufacturing business operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP solutions or implementation experience is preferred (SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA).
  • Preferably leadership experience in manufacturing, pharma, or medical devices.
