About the position

The Sr. Manager, NAMER Regional Marketing is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing field campaigns and programs across the NAMER theater. This role collaborates with various teams to create impactful marketing plans aimed at generating new business, driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex marketing programs and executing demand generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Create demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including multi-touch campaigns and joint field/partner marketing activities.
  • Research, choose, design and manage live and virtual events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix.
  • Manage operational tools and programs that will streamline processes across the AMER organization for both field and channel marketing.
  • Create regional field and partner quarterly plans with tight project management to drive clear accountability and a result-driven mindset.
  • Assist with managing vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, direct mail providers, and other services.
  • Communicate and collaborate with field, digital, marketing operations, campaign, field and channel sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities.
  • Create consistent reporting on weekly success metrics and optimization of campaigns and programs to improve results.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in developing demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns within a high-tech B2B environment in a Senior Field Marketing Manager role.
  • Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry.
  • Track record of implementing effective and creative marketing campaigns that generate new leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline through deal registration.
  • Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and metrics.
  • Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as in-person trade shows and conferences, virtual events, lead generation, ABM and email nurture campaigns.
  • Successful management demonstrated with managing campaigns and live events from concept to post-event follow-up and lead management.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to scale and grow with an organization with a proven track record of working across marketing functional areas.

  • Past experience working with third party providers (conferences, demand gen, list services, etc.) and agencies.
