About the position

The Sr. Manager of Client Success is responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle optimization and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions. This role focuses on tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management, analyzing client data for improvement opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage key revenue cycle KPIs, including inactive claims, claims on hold, days in AR, overall AR, and denial counts/trends.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs within the context of revenue cycle management and collections, tailoring solutions to improve their financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in revenue cycle processes, such as collections and AR management.
  • Effectively communicate revenue cycle insights and KPI performance to internal teams and clients, proposing data-driven solutions to address challenges in collections or AR management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organization, ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly and opportunities for upsells and renewals are identified.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management and client success roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
