About the position

The Sr. Manager of Client Success is responsible for optimizing revenue cycle processes and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of key performance indicators (KPIs). This role focuses on understanding client needs, analyzing data to drive improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage key revenue cycle KPIs, including inactive claims, claims on hold, days in AR, overall AR, and denial counts/trends.
  • Ensure metrics meet or exceed set targets and address discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs within revenue cycle management and collections, tailoring solutions to improve financial performance.
  • Share client feedback with relevant teams to drive product enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in revenue cycle processes.
  • Effectively communicate revenue cycle insights and KPI performance to internal teams and clients.
  • Propose data-driven solutions to address challenges in collections or AR management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management or client success roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with billing processes and revenue cycle optimization tools.
