About the position

The Sr. Manager of Digital Communication will oversee email deliverability for multiple brands, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance. This role is pivotal in establishing processes for email communication, generating reports for marketing and leadership, and maintaining relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to address any deliverability issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor email deliverability using various tools for four main brands.
• Establish governance and best practices for email communication.
• Serve as the go-to person for all email deliverability matters.
• Generate regular reports for marketing teams and high-level leadership.
• Maintain relationships with ISPs to resolve blocking or spam filtering issues.
• Stay updated on authentication and compliance requirements for different email platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with email deliverability tools.
• Strong communication skills and proactive engagement with marketing and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with ISPs.
• Experience with Return Path (Validity) and Everest.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience from an enterprise-level Email Service Provider (ESP).
