About the position

The Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing Capabilities & Operations at Mondelēz International is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing capabilities and strategies. This role oversees the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless operations across various functions and enhancing consumer experiences. The position requires collaboration with global and local teams to drive digital transformation and project management across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise point of view and emergent strategies related to digital marketing capabilities and products.
  • Create enterprise narratives and end-to-end playbooks for BU teams in adoption across various digital marketing topics.
  • Support global/local teams in implementation of complex initiatives specific to digital marketing ambition.
  • Continuously collaborate across Global & Local business functions to drive Digital Capabilities ambition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience in managing effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience building digital marketing capabilities, processes, playbooks, and tools
  • Leadership of and strong navigation of complex local, regional and global teams/communities
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead and drive performance of complex initiatives
