About the position

The Digital Marketing Capabilities and Operations role at Mondelēz International is focused on leading the development and implementation of digital marketing capabilities and strategies. This position serves as a center of excellence for digital marketing, ensuring seamless operations across various functions and supporting the broader consumer experience vision. The role involves project management, collaboration with global and local teams, and driving the digital transformation agenda within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise point of view and emergent strategies related to digital marketing capabilities and products.
  • Create enterprise narratives and end-to-end playbooks for business unit teams in adoption across various digital marketing topics.
  • Support global/local teams in the implementation of complex initiatives specific to digital marketing ambition.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Continuously collaborate across global and local business functions to drive digital capabilities ambition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in building digital marketing capabilities, processes, playbooks, and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex local, regional, and global teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives.
