About the position

The Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing Capabilities & Operations at Mondelēz International is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing capabilities and strategies. This role oversees the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless operations across various functions and agency partners while driving a consumer-first mindset within the organization. The position involves project management, collaboration with global and local teams, and the creation of governance documents to support digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise point of view and emergent strategies related to digital marketing capabilities and products.
  • Create enterprise narratives and end-to-end playbooks for BU teams in adoption across various digital marketing topics.
  • Support global/local teams in implementation of complex initiatives specific to digital marketing ambition.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Continuously collaborate across Global & Local business functions to drive Digital Capabilities ambition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience managing effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience building digital marketing capabilities, processes, playbooks, and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex local, regional, and global teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives.
