About the position

The Sr. Manager of Chiropractic Education and Relations is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs for chiropractic professionals at The Joint Chiropractic. This role emphasizes building relationships with chiropractic schools and professional associations while promoting high standards of education and professional development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong chiropractic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence various stakeholders. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands are crucial, as the role involves managing multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee educational programs and initiatives for chiropractic professionals.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operations and manage all DC materials/content.
  • Collaborate with the Training & Development Team to ensure clinical content accuracy.
  • Facilitate training for new franchise owners and existing operations managers.
  • Identify trends and process improvements in educational programs.
  • Lead training sessions in various formats including classrooms, webinars, and workshops.
  • Support ongoing training for field operations and problem clinics/markets.
  • Manage the Preceptorship Program and ensure its continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with chiropractic schools and professional associations.
  • Represent The Joint Chiropractic at conferences and events.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and webinars for chiropractic professionals and students.

Requirements

  • 5+ years conducting patient care.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience or oversight with The Joint Chiropractic.
  • 2+ years of clinical leadership responsible for training and performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering successful programs with measurable results.
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum.
  • Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively deal with cross-functional areas of the business.
  • Ability to manage a budget.
  • Flexibility to adjust plans based on business needs.

  • Experience in community outreach and relationship management.
