About the position

The Sr. Manager of Finance at CSG is a pivotal role that requires a strategic focus and a deep understanding of financial and data analysis. This position is matrixed into finance leaders and various business/product lines, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach to managing and transforming one of CSG's fastest-growing product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full Profit and Loss (P&L) financial analysis and modeling, which includes evaluating customer, product, and business scenarios. This involves transforming complex data sets into insightful tools that drive decision-making and operational efficiencies. In this role, the Sr. Manager of Finance will develop, maintain, and continuously innovate tools and analyses that support corporate and operational initiatives. This includes strategic transactions and providing insights into growth strategies and Software as a Service (SaaS) metrics. The ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors is essential, as these presentations will communicate critical financial insights and recommendations. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will serve as a highly skilled internal consultant, building and maintaining strong business relationships across all finance teams and other departments such as product management, legal, marketing, human resources, sales, and technology. This collaborative approach is crucial for ensuring that financial strategies align with broader business objectives. The role may also require travel for quarterly management and cross-functional team meetings, highlighting the need for flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
