  • Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Work closely with the Director of Content Studio to align writing projects with broader marketing and content strategy goals. Participate in content planning and strategy meetings.
  • Oversee the production of messaging frameworks, ad copy, and customer-facing narratives to ensure alignment with brand and writing guidelines.
  • Guide the development of thought leadership content, particularly blogs and insights, with a focus on clarity, impact, and originality.
  • Bring a nuanced understanding of video scriptwriting, ensuring content resonates in dialogue and visual storytelling contexts.
  • Manage a diverse range of writing projects, including but not limited to social media, Web Copy, Event Messaging, Video Scripts, Blogs & Insights, Customer Advocacy Storytelling, and Internal Support.
  • Conduct brand reviews to ensure tone of voice and writing style consistency across all content.
  • Maintain and update resources such as the Grammar Guidelines, Tone of Voice Guide, and Naming Guide.
  • Drive innovation in storytelling by exploring new formats and approaches that elevate IT tech marketing.
  • Oversee the intake and management of writing requests, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
  • Use project management tools to track progress and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in writing or content creation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in thought leadership storytelling, video scriptwriting, and marketing copy across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional editing and writing skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, impactful messaging.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
