About the position

As a Senior Manager in Organization Effectiveness and Change Leadership at McKesson, you will lead and manage organizational change initiatives, develop and advise on transformation strategies, and implement change programs to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to align change initiatives with strategic priorities and drive impactful solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of organization effectiveness and change leadership solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of initiatives, including assessing organizational issues and developing change strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their experience throughout the change process.
• Facilitate strategy realization by partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans and establish metrics to track progress.
• Oversee organizational change initiatives by developing project plans, establishing timelines, and managing project budgets.
• Provide expert guidance to business leaders to increase change agility and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Utilize best practices to design and implement innovative solutions that engage stakeholders and accelerate organizational benefits.
• Develop and deliver workshops on organization design, team effectiveness, and change leadership methodologies.
• Stay current on research and trends in organization effectiveness and change management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in change management, organization effectiveness/design, project management, or human resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate Degree in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management, Human Resources or related field preferred.
