About the position

The Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive OCM strategy within a global organization. This position focuses on ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change, enhancing employee adoption, and minimizing resistance. The role also involves advising HR and Enterprise Leaders on the impacts of change and participating in broader learning and development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global OCM strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure a structured approach to change management and consistent implementation across all initiatives.
  • Develop tools to assess change impact on Associates and provide insights to the Executive Staff.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster strong relationships for successful change implementation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing change management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the Global L&D function by offering expertise and practical ideas, and by designing, developing, delivering, and measuring L&D programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in organizational change management, including strategy development and execution.
  • 5 years of experience with learning and development responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing change in complex, multi-faceted, global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Experience in training and developing leaders in change management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
