About the position

The Sr. Manager, Paid Media role focuses on driving consumer business strategy through effective marketing performance analysis and paid media strategy. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional business leaders to enhance reporting, drive business review processes, and ensure alignment with stakeholders. The role emphasizes the development of advanced paid media plans and the integration of strategic direction to achieve business outcomes in a digital omnichannel landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the end-to-end short and long-term marketing processes including media planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency and internal partners, communicating business objectives and media strategies.
  • Analyze and articulate drivers of organizational performance through financial results and media performance interpretation.
  • Assist in the development of initiative analysis and business cases, capturing sources of value and risks.
  • Display a strong point of view and influence partner thinking in planning development.
  • Manage cross-team processes related to communication, integrated planning, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working at a media agency with a focus on Organic Social or client-side experience in a media COE.
  • 5+ years of experience preferred in a media agency or client-side in a media COE on Organic Social.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services or Pharmaceutical is preferred.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on paid media.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in presentations.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement paid media strategies, reporting, and optimizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services or Pharmaceutical.
