The Senior Manager, People Experience will play a key role in shaping and driving a dynamic talent strategy in collaboration with client groups, while enhancing the employee experience through innovative, system and process driven initiatives. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with the global Operations team, overseeing one direct report in the US. As an HR leader, you'll collaborate with the Operations leadership team to align business and talent strategies, ensuring that both are in sync to drive success.
