About the position

The Portfolio Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery will oversee technology implementations for various business partners, including Consumer Products, Franchise Development, and WB Games. This role emphasizes change management and user adoption, ensuring that technology projects align with business strategies and deliver quantifiable benefits. The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects, develop change management strategies, and assess user adoption post-implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner with Consumer Product, DC Comics, and WB Games to support technology implementations.
  • Prioritize technology projects based on quantifiable benefits such as cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Build application roadmaps that align with strategic priorities.
  • Share technology risks and opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and deliver change management assessments and strategies.
  • Drive consistent change communications with T&O Leadership and Product Managers.
  • Assess user adoption post go-live and implement support efforts to increase adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Training Lead to develop and implement training plans for technical releases.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Technology Partnership experience
  • 6+ years of Change Manager experience
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering to solve business problems through technology implementations
  • Relevant experience in delivering multiple technology projects
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Expertise in developing technical options and analysis
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and motivate others
  • Highly developed organizational skills, including prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience developing a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with business strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles
  • Proven experience working with Technical Project Managers and Product Managers.
