About the position

The Senior Manager of Pricing, Inventory & Replenishment at RNDC is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive efficient goal achievement within a center of excellence. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external partners to enhance supply chain management, support essential operations, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, data analysis, and the development of self-service tools to improve inventory management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members to establish a center of excellence for timely deliverables.
  • Engage with internal partners to educate on NASA ways of working and collaborate on projects.
  • Connect with IT and key departments to automate reports and activities where possible.
  • Drive high in-stock levels and improve supply chain management through enhanced engagement with replenishment teams.
  • Support business reviews and planning meetings by providing thought leadership and chain status updates.
  • Maintain temporary inventory tools for managing aged inventory and instocks.
  • Prioritize the build-out of permanent self-service tools and ensure best-in-class reporting solutions.
  • Develop relationships with Buyers and their teams to promote RNDC's value.
  • Partner with Finance to increase transparency and improve collaboration between teams.
  • Elevate NASA Analyst's knowledge of Net Revenue Management and ensure its importance in data analysis.
  • Educate and advocate for NASA in the buildout of future RNDC technology, ensuring adherence to requirements.
  • Ensure expedited resolution of challenges in pricing and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in inventory and pricing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating multi-source data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data analytics to overall business goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power Query, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity while adhering to legal requirements.
