Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Product Manager - Data Visualization. This position is a contract role with a duration of 9+ months and is based in New York, New York, with a hybrid on-site work model. As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage the Global Offers Marketing Measurement and Insights Digital Product. This role is crucial as it involves enabling digital experiences across various channels, including Tableau dashboards, web dashboards, and email, for both internal and external users of the data insights product. You will have the opportunity to conduct deep data analysis using very large datasets and find the most effective ways to visualize and design the presentation of core metrics and insights. As part of a broader team, you will provide digital tools, insights, and support to help merchants manage their American Express relationships securely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, maintaining existing reports, and creating visually appealing and intuitive reports that effectively communicate insights to drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business requirements, troubleshoot Tableau production issues, execute test plans, and perform quality assurance to ensure the functionality and data integrity of reporting and dashboard solutions. Additionally, you will analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights, work closely with technology teams in an Agile product development environment, and provide training and support to stakeholders on how to effectively use the dashboards. You will also identify opportunities to standardize and productize analytic offerings, manage a reporting and analytics engagement pipeline, and define and monitor product metrics and KPIs. This role requires a thoughtful and hands-on application of various analytical approaches, delivering clear insights and recommendations, and a strong understanding of data analysis and storytelling.
