About the position

The Sr. Manager - Product Management Content Creator at Visa is a pivotal role that combines product management and design expertise to create engaging and educational content. This position focuses on enhancing the product development process by crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful learning sessions. The role involves collaboration across various business units and aims to improve the effectiveness of the product organization through strategic content development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep understanding of product management and human-centered design to create engaging content.
• Translate complex product development concepts into digestible information.
• Tell captivating stories through content to engage the audience and drive results.
• Work closely with product, technology, and design teams to identify pain points and provide clarity.
• Ensure all content aligns with strategic objectives to develop a more effective product organization.
• Continuously measure and optimize content performance using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets stakeholder needs.
• Design and deliver engaging learning sessions to drive behavior change for product and technology transformation.
• Partner with the central PLM team to enhance PLM across Visa.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and ability to translate complex concepts into simple content.
• Proven experience as a content creator with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability.
• Background in design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Artistic and creative mindset.
• Ability to be an evangelist and storyteller.
