As a Senior Manager of Product Management for Digital Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap that supports our brands' creative expressions. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with business leaders and engineers to drive the software that underpins our marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap for digital asset management, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy and enhances the customer experience. You will work alongside other product management counterparts to identify new capabilities that can streamline marketing operations and create a robust content pipeline. Your ability to write comprehensive requirements and prioritize the backlog will be crucial as you collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will engage with vendors and agencies to make informed software selections and influence their roadmaps. Managing project plans and developing a stakeholder engagement strategy will be key components of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships with key business partners and articulating product needs to various audiences will be essential for success in this role. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and standards, continuously seeking opportunities for process, tool, and methodology improvements. By measuring and interpreting results, you will validate product strategies and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap by collaborating with product management counterparts and leaders.
  • Write robust requirements and prioritize the backlog for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.
  • Engage with vendors and agencies to determine software selections and influence their roadmaps.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards for continuous improvement.
  • Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in digital asset management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and content management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product needs clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing.
  • Experience in managing project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
