About the position

The Sr. Manager, Product Management- Marketing Data Products is responsible for leading cross-functional product teams to assess market needs and deliver business value through quality products. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and people management to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Sr. Manager will guide product vision, collaborate with various teams, and mentor Product Managers to foster a high-performing Product Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Set the overall product vision and strategies for the enterprise product based on customer and associate needs.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to create alignment between products for a seamless user experience.
  • Understand financial and business impacts of product updates and prioritize them accordingly.
  • Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive product development by directing work efforts of product teams to ensure alignment with company priorities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers and develop top talent within the team.
  • Conduct annual and mid-year reviews, providing performance feedback and development plans.
  • Foster collaboration with team members to drive value and resolve impediments.
  • Advocate for the end user by understanding their needs and ensuring product alignment with those needs.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management or related fields.
  • Experience in developing, launching, and enhancing data-driven marketing tools or platforms.
  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams to align product features with business needs.
  • Ability to define and track key product metrics to assess performance of marketing data products.
  • Mastery of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand user needs.
  • Strong communication skills to influence team members at all levels.

  • Experience in driving marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories.
  • Experience in conducting competitive research and analysis.
