About the position

As a Senior Manager - Product Manager in the Retail Bank at Capital One, you will lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) pod, focusing on enhancing Developer Experiences through innovative tooling and automation. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, driving product development, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that improve how customers interact with their finances, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bank's omni-channel servicing portfolio and deliver an experience framework for customer service interactions.
• Collaborate with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Innovate by asking bold questions and testing small ideas to achieve significant improvements.
• Communicate effectively to share stories that illustrate the impact of software on product development and problem-solving.
• Build a self-supporting community by integrating tools and products to enhance team collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
• At least 4 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
• At least 4 years of digital industry experience for consumers.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process.
• MBA.
