About the position

As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing at MKS, you will collaborate with various departments including Sales, Service Operations, and Materials to enhance customer value. This role focuses on market analysis, service strategy development, and creating sales collateral to effectively position service solutions in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing for VSD Global Service.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and synthesize service voice of market requirements for specific product(s).
• Analyze markets to understand current and emerging trends, customer value drivers, total addressable market, and market share of key competitors.
• Develop and maintain world-class sales collateral to position service solutions in the marketplace.
• Act as a technical advisor for service solutions to support the sales team.
• Interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing service solutions.
• Lead pricing strategies across the portfolio of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience across sales, product marketing, or product management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to effectively operate over a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker.
