About the position

As a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing at MKS Instruments, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance service solutions and drive value for customers. This role involves market analysis, developing sales collateral, and leading pricing strategies, all while acting as a technical advisor to the sales team. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing for VSD Global Service.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and synthesize service voice of market requirements for specific product(s).
• Analyze markets to understand current and emerging trends and customer value drivers.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral to position service solutions in the marketplace.
• Act as a technical advisor for service solutions to support the sales team.
• Interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing service solutions.
• Lead pricing strategies across the portfolio of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience across sales, product marketing, or product management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to effectively operate over a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker.
