The Sr Manager Production is a senior-level management position at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, which is the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. The manager will proactively seek ways to apply technology to business processes, staying informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance production technology and process flows, improve efficiency, and manage costs effectively. Additionally, the Sr Manager will contribute to ongoing functional work while overseeing multiple projects, managing deliverables through the work of others, and utilizing metrics for success. They will recommend policy changes and establish procedures that impact the organization, guiding their team within the framework of established company policies.
