About the position
The Sr. Manager of Project Management in Health Services at CVS Health is responsible for supporting the Clinical Growth & Health Integration team within the Clinical Innovation & Cross-Enterprise Partnerships organization. This role focuses on developing innovative care model strategies that enhance member-centric care and ensure equitable access to high-quality services. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the enterprise to identify opportunities for value and efficiency in health care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Growth & Health Integration team in developing care model strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operations, health equity, quality, and analytics teams.
- Identify and execute key opportunities to unlock value and efficiency in health care delivery.
- Design and deliver integrated, member-centric care models informed by best practices and consumer feedback.
- Drive organizational transformation and innovation through effective communication and structured program management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy-focused, business management or consulting role.
- Strong subject matter expertise with payer care management programs and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives such as care model design and health equity.
- Ability to build project plans and establish working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication abilities and structured program management skills.
