About the position

The Sr. Manager of Health Services will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Growth & Health Integration team within CVS Health. This strategy-oriented position focuses on collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement key opportunities that enhance value, efficiency, and equitable access to high-quality care. The role involves developing innovative care model strategies that integrate CVS Health's unique assets to deliver a member-centric care model informed by best practices and consumer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Growth & Health Integration team in executing strategic initiatives.
• Develop innovative care model strategies that leverage CVS Health's assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operations, health equity, quality, and analytics teams.
• Identify and execute opportunities to unlock value and ensure equitable access to care.
• Drive organizational transformation and innovation through effective communication and program management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a strategy-focused, business management or consulting role.
• Strong subject matter expertise in payer care management programs and processes.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives such as care model design and health equity.
• Ability to build project plans and establish working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication abilities and structured program management skills.
