About The Position

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team focused on delivering strategic initiatives for the Medicare Organization.
• Manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently from inception through to implementation.
• Implement effective project/program controls including schedules, metric development, and status reporting.
• Track progress against key milestones and create value-based metrics to measure outcomes.
• Participate in setting the strategic direction for complex projects and programs.
• Prepare and maintain team budget and resource allocations.
• Engage stakeholders in developing strategies and solutions using strong influencing skills.
• Develop executive level presentations to support initiatives.
• Partner with Technology teams to deliver complex initiatives.
