You can support various digital communication channels, and are the go-to person to get things done! This role develops positive, productive relationships across the organization to help connect employees to the mission, projects and initiatives, and each other. You are collaborative with expertise in developing clear, concise messaging that is persuasive and engaging. This is a remote role, with preference for someone living in the Eastern or Central time zones. Typical travel for this role could be 10% - 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communications lead for Global Quality, operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Partner with Global Quality leaders to build and deploy a communications strategy and process.
  • Effectively lead projects to develop and train the workforce in organizational change standard methodologies.
  • Provide communications leadership and support in the development of customer-facing content.
  • Lead the Global Quality iConnect presence (SharePoint platform) to shape the Global Quality message and brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of multidimensional experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Regulated life science experience would be a plus.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Change Management certification preferred.
  • Expert at writing and editing content; creative with strong persuasive abilities and clear ability to translate complex ideas into simple messages.
  • Technology savvy (i.e., Microsoft products, SharePoint, Yammer, etc.) with a keen understanding of all types of communication channels.
  • Validated project management, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively balance multiple projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Sound and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, sense of humor, positive demeanor, and flexible.
