About the position

The Sr. Manager, Revenue Business Operations at Lucid Motors is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of various departments including Sales, Service, Owner Experience, Retail Development, and Fleet Management in North America. This position requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex projects, align departmental efforts with the company's mission, and drive innovation in the electric vehicle sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support and direction for Retail Development, Sales, Service, Owner Experience, and Company Fleet Management departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach.
  • Manage change initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee resource planning, including personnel, budgets, and other financial aspects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deploy agile teams and task forces to areas of high impact, optimizing performance and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster and maintain close working relationships with technical, financial, customer care, and strategic functions.
  • Lead large projects and initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Identify and define key objectives, metrics, and performance indicators, implementing tracking mechanisms and data analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Establish governance structures to track performance across various stakeholders.
  • Finalize documents required for approval from senior leadership and/or the Board of Directors.
  • Identify and support innovation and process enhancements across all commercial areas.
  • Research, benchmark, and analyze data to ensure readiness for studio and service center launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lucid products, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Monitor and track progress on all programs across the Commercial functions.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering or a business-related subject is preferred; advanced degrees are viewed favorably.
  • 12+ years of significant operations management and product experience in Sales, Service, or Marketing functions, with specific Automotive Experience being a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, achieving ambitious targets, and driving process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, dynamic startup environment.
  • Passionate about leading innovations in the electric vehicle sector.
  • Exceptional IQ balanced with necessary EQ for effective team leadership.
  • Visionary and strategic thinker with a forward-thinking style.
  • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and data-related systems experience (e.g., Tableau) especially within Sales and Service environments.
  • Strong project management experience.
