About the position

The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations role is designed to support North America Sales leadership by advancing sales analytics and forecasting to meet operational needs for Commercial Sales. The position focuses on improving sales planning and execution, driving adoption of sales processes, and ensuring continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Support North America Sales leadership across various business groups.
  • Advance sales analytics and forecasting to meet operational needs.
  • Inspect sales processes and order book quality to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead adherence to the accuracy and health of the sales funnel and order intake forecast.
  • Provide analytical and operational support for sales processes and improvement projects.
  • Deploy strategies to understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and/or Sales Analytics with progressive responsibilities.
  • Ability to drive and support Daily Management using Lean/Six-Sigma practices.
  • Experience in building forecasting models and performing complex analysis using tools like Python, PowerBI, and R programming.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and opportunity management.
  • Skills in report development and people management.
