About the position

The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations role at Philips involves supporting North America sales leadership by advancing sales analytics and forecasting to meet operational needs. The position focuses on improving sales planning and execution, driving adoption of sales processes, and ensuring the accuracy of sales data.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect sales processes and order book quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in deploying sales strategies and understanding process bottlenecks.
  • Lead adherence to the accuracy and health of the sales funnel and order intake forecast.
  • Provide analytical and operational support for sales processes and improvement projects.
  • Develop and monitor sales processes and analytical insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and/or Sales Analytics with increasing responsibilities.
  • Ability to drive Daily Management using Lean/Six-Sigma practices.
  • Experience with data infrastructure and building forecasting models.
  • Proficiency in complex analysis using tools like Python, PowerBI, and R programming.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
