About the position

The Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Execution at Energizer Holdings is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the global Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process. This position is responsible for ensuring effective facilitation of S&OE meetings, improving processes, and maintaining alignment with best practices to meet dynamic business needs. The role requires collaboration with various teams to manage demand and supply plans, ensuring timely and accurate data sharing, and holding stakeholders accountable for execution and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional S&OE meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
  • Sustain and improve the S&OE process to yield desired results and align with best practices.
  • Plan portfolio changes with multifunctional teams, including new product introductions and discontinuations.
  • Ensure timely demand review processes and compliance from multifunctional teams.
  • Oversee supply review processes and communicate supply constraints clearly.
  • Assist in adherence to the Root Cause Analysis process.
  • Standardize strategic S&OE processes to balance demand and supply while optimizing customer service.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data generation from S&OE is shared with relevant personnel.
  • Hold personnel accountable for agreed actions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Influence senior leaders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience, with four years in S&OP, demand, or supply planning.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP, and ERP systems.
  • Deep knowledge of planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to understand multiple viewpoints.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams to develop common strategies and plans.
  • Proactive change agent focused on continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented in managing data and activities for accurate planning.
  • Ability to identify impactful topics on business results.
