About the position

The Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Execution is a pivotal role at Energizer Holdings, responsible for enhancing the global Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. This position focuses on facilitating S&OE meetings, ensuring adherence to commitments, and improving the overall process to align with best practices. The role requires collaboration with various teams to manage demand and supply plans effectively, ensuring timely and accurate data sharing across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support regional S&OE meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Sustain and improve the S&OE process to yield desired results and align with best practices.
• Plan portfolio changes with multifunctional teams, including new product introductions and discontinuations.
• Ensure timely demand review processes and compliance from multifunctional teams.
• Oversee the supply review process and communicate supply constraints clearly.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis process adherence.
• Standardize strategic S&OE processes to balance demand and supply while optimizing customer service.
• Ensure timely and accurate data generation via S&OE and share with appropriate personnel.
• Hold personnel accountable for agreed actions and escalate issues as necessary.
• Influence senior leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of experience, with at least four years in S&OP, demand, and/or supply planning.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP, and ERP systems.
• Deep knowledge in planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Proven communication skills with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to develop common outcomes and strategies.
• Proactive change agent focused on continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail in managing data and activities for accurate planning.
• Focus on relevant topics impacting business results.
