About the position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Technical Architect with 9 -10 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet our organization's evolving needs. On a typical day, you will lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, customizing Salesforce applications, and overseeing deployment. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions will be a key part of your role. You will conduct code reviews, perform system integrations, and architect solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Additionally, you will drive innovation and stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and features, leveraging them to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, customizing Salesforce applications, and overseeing deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform system integrations, and architect solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and features, leveraging them to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including customizations, unmanaged packages, configurations, and integrations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, with a keen interest in staying updated with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
