About the position

This role is responsible for leading omnichannel communications programs that shape and safeguard the reputation of Siemens Digital Industries Software, particularly focusing on the Siemens Electronic Design Automation (EDA) segment. The position involves developing and executing global awareness campaigns to reinforce Siemens' leadership in semiconductor design technology, creating strategic plans, messaging, and content for both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Direct strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness of Siemens Digital Industries Software and our technology for electronic design automation (EDA), semiconductor and electronics industries.
  • Develop internally and externally facing communications materials to support the campaign and associated projects in partnership with other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across organizations including industry strategy, marketing, thought leadership, and social media to develop strategic communications plans and deliver/amplify key messages and stories across the Siemens communications ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with PR, Marketing, and leadership to create holistic narrative and positioning materials for Siemens EDA.
  • Manage and/or cultivate relationships with key influencers including strategic publications and media organizations.
  • Serve as a communications advisor to executives and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Marketing, Communications, or Content Marketing experience.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across earned, owned, paid, and social media channels.
  • Strong internal client management skills, including the ability to provide wise counsel and manage appropriate service level expectations while delivering results.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior-level peers in adjacent disciplines, including PR, social media, and executive communications.
  • Ability to navigate and leverage a large and complex organizational structure to maximize efficiency.
  • Experience working with and understanding PLM, Electronic Design Automation (EDA), or other similar industrial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal and communication skills with English fluency.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
