Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML workflow frameworks for network security solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials for team members and stakeholders.
• Engage with the network security community to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning techniques and data analytics.
• 4+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Expertise in design, algorithms, and data structures with proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with NLP, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Langchain, and Transformer models.
• Familiarity with LLaMA and Google Vertex AI platform.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops best practices.
