About the position

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering for Corporate Applications at Crown Castle is responsible for leading a team that manages the portfolio of enterprise Financial and Supply Chain systems. This role focuses on optimizing business capabilities across various functions such as Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Inventory Management. The position plays a critical role in driving Financial Transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and support of ERP, EPM, and SCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve the Corporate Applications team and technology.
• Drive talent management through coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Develop and execute a future technology vision.
• Lead strategy and planning for technical solutions and manage transformational initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and stable application portfolio with optimized configurations in Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM/Finance Cloud systems.
• Develop budgets and manage financial stewardship while minimizing variance and optimizing TCO.
• Champion best practices in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and audit standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute implementation lifecycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience operating enterprise financial, supply chain, and legal systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud implementation and support.
• 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience in building and managing functional and engineering teams.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, contracting, and implementing large-scale on-prem/SaaS systems.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and technical direction of engineering teams.
• Experience in an agile development environment with DevOps or CI/CD concepts.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM/Financial Cloud.
• ITIL, PMP, and/or Agile Framework Certifications.
