As the Sr. Manager, Software Engineer for Deploy at Riot Games, your primary mission is to ensure that the process of delivering games and services to players is seamless for developers. In this position, you will be responsible for owning the product vision, which entails understanding customer needs, industry trends, and aligning your roadmap with central efforts. You will oversee engineering leadership, managing resources and performance while fostering healthy relationships with other engineering teams to promote cross-team collaboration. Your role will also involve driving positive outcomes for customers, ensuring that they view your team as vital to their success. This includes maintaining proactive communication with customers and stakeholders, prioritizing value over idealism, and cultivating a culture of accountability within your team. You will ensure that your team comprehends the underlying reasons for their work and can connect their efforts back to Riot's mission and DevCon.
