As a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering at Riot Games, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and guiding multiple teams within the Player Platform group. You will help refine design, code, and release processes, ensuring that the solutions produced by your teams are robust and meet the needs of our players. Your leadership will be crucial in balancing short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring that the services and SDKs we build are operationally stable and extensible. Your expertise in project management and continuous development will be essential as you guide investment strategies in both people and systems. You will also be expected to design the team structure to ensure that it possesses the necessary skills to achieve our goals, while also mentoring software engineers to help them grow in their careers.
