About The Position
Working as an Engineering Manager at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. This can be a remote/telecommute position based out of your home office. The role reports to a Sr Director of Engineering. As a Sr Manager of Software Engineering, you will manage a Delinea Sprint team located overseas, overseeing both the people and the projects that they work on. You will be responsible for creating clear technical requirements, bridging the gap between the business and the engineers, and contributing technically to the Sprint team's projects as a Senior engineer through architecture, code, and code review. Your work will specifically focus on products related to cloud-hosted and on-premises applications, and you will contribute to the development, design, and architecture of Front-End applications. This is a working manager position that includes people management, project management, and software development skills.
