As a Senior Manager in Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of cloud technology solutions across the Identity Engineering organization. This position empowers you to set the technical and architectural direction, influencing the roadmap and structure of your teams while collaborating with peers in Product, Project Management, and Engineering. You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive engineering organization that embraces scrum and agile practices, fostering strong collaboration and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of various systems, including telemetry, alerting, infrastructure, CI/CD, and version control systems. You will work closely with the Principal Architecture Group to deliver on the vision set by executives, ensuring that the Identity Engineering organization effectively meets its roadmap goals. Mentoring engineering fleet leaders and their squad members will be a key aspect of your role, helping them enhance their technical skills and build their professional profiles both within and outside the organization. The Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) team, which you will be a part of, is focused on creating seamless user experiences and innovative capabilities that drive subscriptions, engagement, and monetization across Disney's streaming and digital products.
