About the position

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Enterprise Sales is responsible for managing and monitoring sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. The role focuses on maximizing sales revenues, ensuring optimal staffing and training of sales professionals, and aligning operational plans with business objectives. This position contributes to functional strategy development and has a significant impact on business results, typically managing one or more groups of professional employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers.
  • Develop and monitor sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals.
  • Ensure team and individual achievement of sales and quality goals.
  • Oversee the selection, training, and development of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Manage records of sales and performance activities relative to business goals.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts of revenue and unit numbers through data analysis.
  • Counsel and advise employees to ensure maximum effectiveness and growth.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes to increase sales performance.
  • Manage and monitor Business Services Enterprise Direct Sales channels within budgeted targets.
  • Develop and implement best practices for improved performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in business and complex sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the telecommunications or media industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer experience management.
