About the position

As a Senior Manager Partner Strategy & Project Management at Disney Direct to Consumer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that drive the business forward. This position involves leading a variety of projects, conducting business reviews with BPO partners, and developing long-term vendor management strategies that align with the company's goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to optimize operations and deliver exceptional results, while also mentoring a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular business reviews with BPO partners to assess performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of new site development and deprecation projects.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects related to vendor management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop partner strategy recommendations and business insights for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Support Services Managers to model costs and assess financial impact of changes.
• Collect feedback from BPO partners to create a 360-degree feedback loop for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure cohesive vendor strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of VMO support professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and/or vendor management; with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in managing complex vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management best practices, contract management, and financial compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
