In this role, you will own the supplier management process and drive the successful execution of customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, and more. As the Sr. Manager, you will be the key liaison to our customers and program management, ensuring that all material contract objectives are met with precision—from technical specifications to cost and schedule adherence. Your extensive expertise in procurement, contracts, production control, logistics, program material strategy, and financial execution will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will conduct material contract closure activities alongside Contracts and the Program Office, establish material priorities across the IPT and/or program, and provide Supply Chain support for Gates 2-11 activities, ensuring Integrated Product Development Program (IPDP) compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable. As the Control Account Manager (CAM) or supporting the assigned CAM, you will prepare and develop material pricing strategy, supplier flow down strategy, and preliminary program strategy for proposals and communication. You will also work with contracts and the Supply Chain Advisor to create Material Contract Briefs (MCB) and establish Risk and Opportunities and Mitigation plans. This position requires a strong leader who can inspire excellence in every aspect of supply chain management and drive success in a dynamic environment.
